Sally Kohn

Sally Kohn is a Senior Strategist at the Center for Community Change (http://www.communitychange.org). Founded in 1968, the Center for Community Change strengthens, mobilizes and connects grassroots organizations to increase their leadership, voice and power. Sally is also the Director of the Movement Vision Lab, which engages grassroots leaders across the United States to share and debate their visionary ideas for the future (http://www.movementvisionlab.org)

Sally has worked with the Social Justice Infrastructure Funders group, the Ford Foundation, the Third Wave Foundation, the Urban Justice Center and the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force among other organizations. Sally is actually a “retired” (as in, never practiced) attorney, with degrees from New York University and George Washington University.
