Alex Carter is a Policy Research Associate at Campaign for America's Future. Prior to joining CAF, he was a master of arts student at the University of Iowa in the Department of African-American World Studies and completed his thesis The Struggle and Repression of the Black Panther Party of Des Moines, Iowa in 2006. Currently, he is an active participant in community activism and uplift through Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated and various community based programs. A native son of Washington, D.C.; Alex Carter plans to focus his strength and dedication to uplifting the city.
