I joined CAF last year as Chief of Staff after working as an independent consultant to non-profits for several years. Prior to that, I had spent my career in business doing marketing and product development. I had also been active in a number of non-profit groups, including as a founding board member of the Xerox Women's Alliance. When I moved to Washington, DC a few years ago, I decided it was time for a change, and so looked for a way to turn my business experience to working on issues that I cared about. Outside of the office, I volunteer at a small non-profit that works with homeless women who are in transition, listen to as much live jazz as possible, grow roses, and travel with my family.
