    This is not a headline you would ever see in the mainstream US press and I wish to make it clear that the benefits of nuclear technology for any purpose other than short term energy security in the face of declining world oil production are in my opinion questionable.

    Out of left field, a smorgasboard of geopolitical bones of contention.

On the other hand, you have average Americans seeing access to credit cards shut down, equity in their homes vanishing"

    For the last century Oil has dominated the thinking and strategy behind world affairs. Coming to terms with its technical limitations and by default the political status quo is not going to be easy. Suppressing the truth for short term political and military 'harmony' is a stop gap.

    The worlds establishment needs a new gig.

    President Barack Obama’s single most important foreign policy decision during 2009 has been his recent backdown over requiring Israel to abandon the building of settlements in the occupied territories. Beforehand, this was to be a precondition for peace.
